MARRY HIM AND BE SUBMISSIVE

It´s a great book. The title really caught my attention. I thought it would be a dense book, about the theology behind St. Paul´s letters, wrote by an experienced and wise woman. So, I was really surprised to find a book very easy and fun to read, with lots of humor, written by indeed a very wise woman, who hasn´t yet reached the age of 40! She talks not only about the meaning of submission, but of all the important aspects of the life of a woman and her relationships. And the book is not only for us women, men will also profit a lot from this reading. I guess what I liked most is that this book gave me hope. The hope that we might see an end  to this feminism madness and that there are young women who are struggling to show the world what really means to be a feminine woman. 

DON´T GO TO BED ANGRY

This book helped me with issues I didn´t even know I had! Easy to understand and with many practical tips in how to improve your comunication skills.

FAITH UNDER FIRE

Remarkable stories wonderfully told. They are about ordinary people with extraordinary love. Love for their neighbor, love for the humankind, supported by a deep love for Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who loved us first. These stories inspire us; give us hope, real heroes to look up to, and to be thankful. They show that once you open your heart and your mind to the Holy Spirit, you can make the difference and change the world!

WALK IN HER SANDALS

This book is an invitation for all women to “heal Christ´s body” by embracing our “feminine genius”.  I love the dynamic of the book: each chapter has a feminine gift to ponder, Scripture passage, a fictional history that helps us imagine ourselves at the Gospel´s scenes, a testimonial of great women about the gift we´re pondering about and many practical tips to help us live out that gift. Sometimes we feel the urge to do something about our faith, to help Jesus someway, and don´t know how. Here I found some wonderful ways to do this.

BETTER TOGETHER

It´s a very good book. Helped me a lot! Many practical tips to help to find new friends and enhance the ones you already have. It also shows how moms need to be with female friends and how friendship help us to be better moms.

THE 5 LOVE LANGUAGES OF CHILDREN

It´s a very interesting book. Most children know they´re loved by their parents, but not all of them feel that love. This book will teach you how to discover your child´s primary love language (there are 5) and enable you to fill his “emotional tank” in a way he will genuinely feel loved

1-2-3 MAGIC

My mother used this 1-2-3 counting when I was a child and perfectly worked for us. So I also use it with my children, but I didn´t know, until I read this book, how and why it worked. The techniques are well explained and easy to practice. What I liked the most is the “no talk, no emotion” posture. It´s good not only to stop bad behavior but also to stimulate your children to cooperate in the daily routine. It´s worth reading.
